Hasil Skor Persibo vs Persebaya IPL 10 Maret 2012 - Persebaya menyerah dari tuan rumah Persibo dengan skor 0-1 pada lanjutan IPL 10 Maret 2012. Kekalahan ini membuat ambisi Persebaya mengkudeta Persibo dari puncak klasemen gagal.


Persebaya langsung tampil menyerang di awal babak pertama. Tendangan ke gawang pertama ke gawang Persibo dilakukan Mat Halil dari luar kotak penalti. Sayang sepakannya terlalu lemah dan dapat diantisipasi kiper Fauzi Toldo.

Sedangkan tuan rumah Persibo memberikan tekanan lewat striker Samsul Arif menit kedepalan. Namun bisa dimentahkan bek Otavio Dutra. Pada menit ke-11, lewat umpan trobosan Rendi Irwan, Mat Halil menjelajahsisi kiri pertahanan Persibo sebelum akhirnya melepaskan krosing ke Feri Ariawan. Sayang bola mampu dipotng bek Aulia Tri Hartanto.

Pada menit ke-14, memanfaatkan mis komunikasi Dutra dan Yusuf Hamzah, bola liar bergulir di pertahanan Persibo. Nur Iskandar mampu memanfaatkan kemelut itu menjadi gol pertama untuk Persibo.
Babak kedua baru berjalan semenit, Persebaya mendapat peluang emas lewat Feri Ariawan hasil umpan Mat Halil. Sayang tendangan Feri masih terlalu lemah. Selang semenit, giliran Persibo mendapatkan kans melalui Jairon Feliciano. Meski tinggal berhadapan dengan kiper, tendangan Jairon justru bisa ditangkap Endra.

Pada menit ke-48, Endra kembali membuat penyelamatan gemilang saat mementahkan peluang emas Samsul Arif. Pada babak kedua ini, Persebaya melakukan perubahan strategi. Erol Iba yang tadinya dijadikan striker, dikembalikan ke posisi bek kanan. Sementara posisi penyerang dipercayakan pada pemain muda, Rian Wahyu.

Meski sempat menekan di awal babak kedua, skema permainan Persebaya kembali kurang greget. Banyak kesalahan umpan yang dilakukan. Selain itu lemahnya lini depan membuat peluang yang didapat tak mampu dikonversi menjadi gol. Masuk menit ke-61, memaneruskan umpan Rendi Irwan, Rian Wahyu tinggal berhadapan dengan kiper. Sayang bola masih mampu diamankan Fauzi Toldo.

Pada menit ke-64, Persebaya mendapat tendangan bebas. Sayang eksekusi Otavio Dutra masih membentur pagar hidup. Hingga menit ke-70 babak kedua, kedua tim sama-sama bermain menyerang. Pergelutan di lini tengah tak dapat dihindarkan. Beberapa peluang juga tercipta. Namun tak satupun yang berbuah gol.

Pada menit ke-73, Rian mendapat peluang matang lewat umpan manis Mat Halil. Namun kiper Fauzi Toldo berjibaku untuk mengatasinya. Rian kembali membuang peluang saat mendapatkan peluang emas di menit ke-76 hasil umpan Rendi. Meski berdiri bebas, sepakannya justru melambung di atas mistar.

Peluang emas keempat Persebaya lahir di menit ke-78 ketika Feri, meneruskan umpan Rendi, tinggal berhadapan dengan kiper. Sayang Feri kurang tenang sehingga bola dapat diamankan Fauzi Toldo. Pada menit ke-80, Persibo memasukkan seorang gelandang bertahan, Syahroni untuk menggantikan striker sekaligus pencetak gol pada laga ini, Nur Iskandar.

Permainan bertahan Persibo membuat Persebaya leluasa untuk menyerang. Di menit ke-82, peluang emas kelima didapat Feri. Mengelabuhi Leke Anderson, Feri tinggal berhadapan dengan kiper Fauzi. Tapi eks kiper Pelita Jaya ini bermain cemerlang. Tendangan Feri dapat dimentahkannya. Bola muntah coba disambar Rendi, tapi kembali bola dapat ditepis Fauzi.

Pada menit ke-84, Persebaya lagi-lagi membuang peluang emas keenam. Saat Erol yang mendapat bola dari Feri, justru menendang terlalu lemah. Akibatnya, gagallah peluang Bajul Ijo. Menjelang laga usai, gawang Persebaya hampir oleh Samsul. Beruntung tendangannya masih melebar. Skor 1-0 untuk Persibo tak berubah hingga laga usai.

Seo Joon merupakan seorang fotografer, sedangkankan Kim Ha Naa merupakan wanita yang ceria dan energic. Mereka berdua saling jatuh cinta. Tetapi disisi lain, sejarah orang tua yang terjadi sama-sama saling mencintai menjadi bumerang.

PERTAMINA is a State Owned oil & gas company (National Oil Company), established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT PERMINA. In 1961 the company changed its name to PN PERMINA and after the merger with PN PERTAMIN in 1968 it became PN PERTAMINA. With the enactment of Law 8 of 1971 the company became PERTAMINA. This name persisted until after PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) on October 9, 2003.

PERTAMINA's scope of business incorporates the upstream and downstream sectors. The upstream sector covers oil, gas and geothermal energy exploration and production both domestically and overseas. The foregoing is pursued through own operations and through partnerships in the form of joint operations with JOBs (Joint Operating Bodies), TACs (Technical Assistance Contracts) and JOCs (Joint Operating Contracts), whereas the downstream sector includes processing, marketing, trading and shipping. Commodities produced range from Fuel (BBM) and Non Fuel (Non BBM), LPG, LNG, petrochemicals to Lube Base oil.

With the enactment of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2001 on November 23, 2001 relating to Oil and Gas, Law No. 8 of 1971 relating to the State Oil and Gas Mining Company was declared void. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 22 of 2001, PERTAMINA was transformed into a Public Liability Company (Persero) designated PT. PERTAMINA (PERSERO) under Government Regulation No. 31 of 2003. All existing PERTAMINA provisions including its structural organization, employment guidelines and procedures as well as other matters associated with its duties and responsibilities, unless such matters are in contravention of the said Government Regulation, are declared to continue in force until the Company provides otherwise.

PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) was established under Notarial Deed of Lanny Janis Ishak, SH No. 20 of September 17, 2003, and ratified by the Minister for Law & Human Rights under Decision No. C-24026 HT.01.01 on October 9, 2003. The above proceeded in accordance with the provisions set forth in Law No. 1 of 1995 relating to Limited Liability Companies, Government Regulation No. 12 of 1998 relating to Public Companies (Persero), and Government Regulation No. 45 of 2001 relating to Amendment to Government Regulation No. 12 of 1998.

Consistent with its deed of establishment, the objective of the PERSERO is to engage in oil and gas exploitation, domestically and overseas, as well as in other exploitation associated with or supporting oil and gas operations.

The objective of the Public Company is to:

1. Exploit profits based on the principle of effective and efficient PERSERO management.
2. Contribute toward improvement of economic conditions for the welfare and prosperity of the people.

In order to achieve the above aims and purposes, the Public Company engages in the following:
Oil and gas exploitation and the processed products and derivatives thereof.
Geothermal energy exploitation existing at the time the PERSERO was established, including Geothermal Power Plants (PLTP) in the final stages of negotiations and which the Perseroan has managed to gain possession of.
Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) exploitation and and other products generated by LNG refineries.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the application of company's Crane & Lifting GMSand execution strategy for IMR annual work plan and budgetfor all areas in order to comply with government regulation,to provide a safe facility for people to work and live, and keep facilities uptime to meet production targetcost efficiently.
  • Implement and specify standard Crane & Lifting operation and procedures application in each required IMR area for all company facilities, supervise the application of current legislation, standards and taking into account "best practices" to achiev esafe operation and best quality IMR implementation
  • Supervise IMR personnel field work execution in all areas to achieve safe and effective delivery of IMR field work.
  • Check maintenance data to ensurethat a timely and accurate data are submitted.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in maintenance and operations at least supervisory level in major Oil and Gas company
  • Have understanding in the principles and applications including applicable standart such as : API Spec 2C, API RP2D standards
  • Has suficient technical understanding of maintenance management system, scheduling to be able to make informed decision
  • Technically competence on Crane and Lifting Operation and Maintenance
  • Understanding and application of RCFA
  • Demonstrate leadership, networking and influencing skills

Jadi setiap ada hari besar, biasanya ada kemungkinan kamu akan mendapatkan ucapan hari raya yang dikirimkan secara borongan. Borongan di sini maksudnya adalah satu ucapan selamat yang dikirimkan oleh satu orang ke banyak banget orang sekaligus.
Menurut MBDC, hal ini gak asik dan sebaiknya dihindari. Kenapa? Karena:

1. Bikin Kamu Keliatan Males

Mungkin kamu berpikir, "Kan males banget kirim SMS satu-satu ke orang banyak. Mending tulis satu trus langsung sent to all!" Nah justru itu. Kalo kamu ngirim satu message ke banyak orang sekaligus, justru kamu akan keliatan males dan gak niat banget ngirim ucapan selamat. Perlu diingat bahwa ngirim ucapan selamat sekarang udah jauh lebih gampang dibanding 20 tahun yang lalu lho. Sekarang kamu tinggal kirim SMS. Dulu, kamu harus kirim kartu. Moso sekarang udah gampang banget aja kamu masih males sih?

2. Bikin Orang Lain Merasa Tidak Spesial

Kalo kamu ngirim satu hal yang sama ke 100 orang yang berbeda, gimana orang lain mau ngerasa spesial sih? Begitu terima SMS kamu paling mereka langsung mikir, "Ya elah, SMS forward nih paling". Hal ini bisa terjadi karena biasanya kalo kamu ngirim langsung ke 100 orang, kamu bahkan gak menyertakan nama orang yang dituju di awal SMS kamu. Ini akan membuat orang yang kamu SMS berpikir kalau kamu ngucapin selamat hari raya hanya basa-basi saja.

3. Buang-Buang Pulsa

Kalau kamu masih menggunakan jasa SMS (bukan BBM/Whatsapp) untuk mengirimkan ucapan selamat, maka mengirim ucapan selamat secara borongan cuma bakal buang-buang pulsa kamu aja. Daripada kamu kirim SMS gak niat ke banyak orang sekaligus dan dicap pemalas, mendingan sih kamu kirim SMS (atau lebih baik telepon) ke beberapa orang aja yang beneran spesial, dan kirim ucapan selamat yang bener-bener ditujukan untuk orang itu.
Ingat, lebih baik ngirim ucapan singkat tapi spesial seperti:
"Kate Upton, Merry Christmas / Selamat Tahun baru / Selamat Idul Fitri ya."
Daripada ngirim kata-kata mutiara yang kesannya keren abis tapi dikirimnya ke 100 orang sekaligus.
Ya gitu deh.
