Namun, berdasarkan pengamatan KapanLagi.com® di Medan beberapa waktu lalu, tampak poster Cinta mengenakan pakaian seksi dengan belahan dada rendah menghiasi kota untuk sebuah pertunjukan.
"Aku sebenarnya nggak seksi ya. Yang di Medan itu foto lama, kalau mereka pasang foto yang lama, ya terserah. Aku tuh selalu tampil tertutup sekarang. Aku bekerja secara profesional. Mereka (EO di Medan) pasang foto-foto lama (yang sexy) saja," ujar Cinta Penelope saat dihubungi KapanLagi.com®, Kamis (15/3/2012) malam.
Saat ini, Cinta yang merupakan manajer Mustafa, vokalis Debu memberikan penegasan kalau dirinya memang sudah berubah dan lebih tertutup. "Aku pakai jilbab itu di sinetron kok. Tapi kalau keinginan buat berkerudung, siapa sih yang nggak ingin tertutup. Aku tahu tempat dan waktunya kok. Kalau lagi rapat sama orang, ya pakai baju tertutup lah. Tapi kalau lagi berenang, ya harus pakai baju renang kan," pungkasnya.
