Andre Villas-Boas Dipecat dari Kursi Pelatih Chelsea - Andre Villas-Boas dipecat sebagai pelatih Chelsea. Pemecatan Villas-Boas ini adalah buntut dari hasil buruk yang didapat The Blues dalam beberapa pekan terakhir.

Gara-gara kekalahan itu, Chelsea tertahan di peringkat kelima klasemen sementara, tertinggal 20 poin dari Manchester City yang menguasai peringkat teratas.
Di Liga Champions, pasukan Villas-Boas juga keteteran. Mereka terancam tak lolos ke perempatfinal karena kalah 1-3 dari Napoli di leg pertama babak 16 besar.
Kondisi itu membuat pihak klub kehilangan kesabaran. Mereka pun memutuskan jalinan kerja sama dengan pria asal Portugal itu.
